Based on feedback from last year, this year’s SSE slots are combined with adults slots of the same center, for all the centers except larger centers
Our region’s SSE children will be given 4 hours and 30 minutes of devotional singing time, same as last year, though slots are combined with their center’s adult slots.
For centers that have combined slots, Center Devotion and Center SSE coordinators are requested to work together to allocate number of adults and SSE slots within the time allocated for the center
Center Devotion and Center SSE coordinators are also requested to work together to have their SSE children practice and set their scales at their respective centers.
After the Bhajans are chosen and the scale is set, SSE practice sessions need to be conducted at their respective centers.
SSE students are encouraged to pair up and sing if applicable.
Due to limited time, SSE students are requested to sing simple and short bhajans. SLOT allocation is based on 3 minutes average per bhajan. Please time it carefully during practice session and ensure that SSE kids stay within the allocated time for your center SSE slots per table below..
SSE GAB team will follow up regarding attending practice session at your center.
Please send the GAB Powerpoint and GAB SSE Bhajan excel sheet back to GAB SSE team on or before Oct 23th 2017.
For centers who have combined SSE slots : Request center DCs to work with Center SSE coordinators and ensure that both adults and SSE slides are put together as per your preferred sequence
For centers who have separate SSE slots : Request center DCs to work with Center SSE coordinators for practice and put the slides together and send the SSE slot’s PPT. Please also send SSE sequence sheet for centers who have separate SSE slots.
The final date for the PPTs and sequence Excel sheets to be sent back is Oct 23rd 2017.
We encourage each centre to come prepared with extra backup bhajans that might be used if time permits.
