1. Please call the DoubleTree hotel at (925)443-4950 ,
2. When the phone is answered please let them know you are making a NEW reservation and ask them NOT TO TRANSFER to automated reservation line.
3. Let the front desk agent know the arrival date of November 11th and a departure date of November 12th.
4. Then give them your convention group code of SAI.
5. Tell them if you need a single bed or double bed based on number of family members with you.
6. They will then proceed to ask your information such as full name, address, phone number and credit card information.
7. At the end of the process they will provide the caller with the confirmation number to his/her reservation.
8. Note the single bed room and double bed room cost the same price as listed below. We suggest devotees to book the rooms based on the need
